There are original hardwood floors throughout most of the home, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and each bedroom, all new bathrooms with new vanities, marble counters, glass tile, tile floors, faucets, fixtures, lights, etc… There is also a second living area with a pull out daybed creating 2 twin beds, flat screen tv, desk, wifi, and more. The home has 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. There is a front loading washer/dryer in the laundry room, as well as a covered patio with seating and a grill, and fenced yard! There is of course free Wifi as well.

The home is located within a few blocks of the intersection of Burnet Rd & 2222 – close to so much!  If you don’t feel like cooking the home is a short walk to great Austin food.  BBQ, home cooking, and a neighborhood deli are all nearby.  The home is ideally situated near the Crestview Rail station which takes you downtown, as well as bus lines running throughout Austin.

We provide high speed internet, and streaming TV services are provided with Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.  You’re also welcome to use your own streaming services.

Maximum occupancy is 6 adults, or 7 people total.

Rates includes 15% city and state hotel tax for any rental under 30 days.   Minimum age requirement of 25 years old.  We do not accept Saturday to Saturday stays without prior approval. Cats are not allowed; dogs are allowed with prior approval and additional fee.
