Recently remodeled, great location near shopping and restaurants on the West side of Austin. 3 bedrooms and two full bathrooms are upstairs, with a half bath and all other rooms downstairs. The home is a little over 1300 sqft. While the floor plans are mirrored, there are minor differences in the kitchen colors (one unit has a gray granite counter & backsplash, the other has a beige granite counter & backsplash).
Washer and dryer are located in the garage. There is a step down from the entry area into the living room. The home is a duplex and the backyards are fenced separately for privacy. While we welcome children, the home is not child proofed.
The bedroom arrangement is:
– Master bedroom: King bed
– Second bedroom: Queen bed
– Third bedroom: Queen bed
The home is blocks from a grocery store, with plenty of restaurants minutes away.

Minimum age requirement of 25 years old. Cats are not allowed; dogs are allowed with prior approval and additional fee.
