All our rental homes are fully licensed [2015-133667/133670].
The duplex offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, plus a loft and office. It was built in the 1970s and is nestled in the quiet Northwest Hills neighborhood in Austin, just a few blocks from MoPac, and is just a short drive to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops.
The bedroom arrangement is:
– Master bedroom: King bed
– Second bedroom: King bed
– Third bedroom w/loft: Queen bed, with a twin bed in the loft
The home is about 1500 square feet and remodeled with new flooring and fresh paint throughout, ceiling fans, stainless steel appliances and glass tile backsplash in the kitchen, and remodeled bathrooms with glass tile, new faucets & fixtures.
The home has 2 king beds, 1 queen beds, and 1 twin bed. We make all our bedrooms cozy and comfortable with side tables, lamps, dressers for clothes, curtains and blinds for privacy. The living room has lots of seating and a 50″ flat screen TV. The dining room is quite large and boasts a table for 8. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, there is a loft above the 3rd bedroom with a twin bed. There is also a separate office area with a desk, wifi, and tons of books, games, & dvds. There is of course free Wifi as well.
The home has a max occupancy of 6 adults and 7 people total.
AMENITIES: The home comes stocked with fresh linens & towels, soaps, a fully equipped kitchen, spices, etc… We provide all the things you might need in the kitchen including a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender, pots/pans, bake ware, and of course dishes, glasses, and utensils. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, and the laundry room is stocked with detergent, ironing board/iron, and household supplies. Guests may park in the driveway.

The City of Austin requires that Vacation rentals obtain a license for legal operation. Legal operations will have their license number in their listing.
Home has a pack and play, high chair, games, toys, and more. However please note that this home is NOT child proofed.
We provide pots/pans, cooking utensils, glasses, dishes, silverware, kids dishes, wine & beer glasses, casserole dishes, cutting boards, knives, baking sheets, toaster, blender, coffee maker & grinder
Minimum age requirement of 25 years old. We do not accept Saturday to Saturday stays without prior approval. Cats are not allowed; dogs are allowed with prior approval and additional fee.
